Bernadette (born Bernadette lazzara(born 28 February 1948) Peters is a famous American singer-songwriter and author of children's literature from Ozone Park Queens New York. Her work spans more than more than five decades and covers the stage, television, solo concerts, and recording. She has received seven Tony Awards nominations, two that she took home as well as the other eight Drama Desk Awards. Grammy Awards went to four Broadway Cast Albums, in which she starred.
